The organization volunteers at the Michael E. DeBakey VA Medical Center, every Sunday.

They participate with the Flags for Fallen Veterans on Memorial Day; Wreaths Across America in the month of December; Stand Down, a program for the homeless veterans and veterans at risk. In October they participate in an annual BBQ that helps feed more than 500 patients including staff at the Houston VA Hospital.
